Uri is an executive with more than twenty years of experience in software development and product management. Prior to his role at Lightblocks, he served as the head of engineering at bloXroute, where he effectively built and guided teams through cutting-edge projects. With an MBA focusing on strategic and innovation management, Uri brings a strong combination of academic insights and hands-on experience to his leadership positions.

Eyal completed his PhD at the Technion, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Cornell University. He was awarded a 2018 Alon Fellowship and a 2022 Krill Prize. His research focuses on performance and security in decentralized systems.
