Prior to his role at Lightblocks, he served as the head of engineering at bloXroute, where he effectively built and guided teams through cutting-edge projects. With an MBA focusing on strategic and innovation management, Uri brings a strong combination of academic insights and hands-on experience to his leadership positions.
